FOR ATHLETES AND SPORTS ORGANIZATIONSYou train everything.
The nervous system is what
governs all of it under pressure.
Speed, strength, skill, strategy — you have protocols for all of it. The one variable that determines how you perform when it actually matters hasn't had a training protocol. Until now.
Available for teams and individual athletes · info@chairliftco.comTHE PERFORMANCE GAPEvery athlete trains the body.
Almost none of them train the system that runs it.
The nervous system governs reaction time, emotional regulation, and recovery speed — the variables that separate elite performance from everything below it.
One bad game, one high-stakes moment, one injury — the athletes who unravel in those moments aren't weaker. Their nervous systems just haven't been trained to hold it.
Sports psychology addresses the mental. Physical therapy addresses the body. The nervous system sits between both — and almost no one is working there.
The athletes who reset fastest after setbacks — between plays, between periods, between seasons — outperform those who can't. It's a trainable skill.
WHO IS THIS FORFor the team.
For the individual.
Whether you're a coaching staff looking for a competitive edge for your whole roster, or an individual athlete who wants a personal regulation practice — the work is the same.
FOR TEAMS Bring the work to your whole roster.
Group sessions that create a shared language and a shared practice. When the whole team can regulate, the team performs differently — especially when the stakes are highest.
Quarterly group sessions for the full roster
1:1 session bank for individual athletes to draw from
Coaching staff included — they carry it too
In person or virtual delivery
Annual program, structured around your season
FOR INDIVIDUAL ATHLETESYour personal regulation practice.
One-on-one work tailored to where you are — whether you're in peak season, recovering from injury, managing the pressure of performance, or building toward a comeback.
Private breathwork sessions — Release and Regulate
Unpacking sessions to process what's coming up
Daily tools you can use before, during, and after competition
Flexible scheduling around your training load
Access to The Community platform between sessions
THE OFFERINGA recurring practice.
Not a one-time session.
The one-time breathwork session is powerful. But the real edge comes from building the nervous system practice over time — the same way you build strength, speed, or skill. Consistency is what makes it stick.
Tier 1 — Team anchor
Quarterly group sessions
Your full team together — 60–90 minutes of guided breathwork. Creates a shared experience and a shared regulation vocabulary. This is what shifts the room.
$3,000–$5,000 per session
Tier 2 — Individual practice
1:1 session bank
Pre-purchased block of sessions athletes draw from directly — breathwork or unpacking, depending on where they are in the season or what's coming up.
$150–$250 per session
Built around your season.
Pre-season, peak season, post-season — the nervous system needs different things at different moments. We structure the program around your schedule, not the other way around.
Individual athletes can start with a single session and build from there. No team required, no long-term commitment to begin.
THE OFFERING“I don’t know if I’ve ever seen so many grown men cry and actually enjoy the experience of doing it.”
—Captain, Sun Valley Suns Ice Hockey Team
“Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.”
