FOR CORPORATE TEAMS AND EXECUTIVESWe bring nervous system regulation directly to high-performing teams — delivered as a performance practice, not a wellness benefit. One session changes the conversation.
Your team is performing.
Underneath that, they’re carrying
more than they show.
THE SITUATIONThe variable
nobody is training for
Your team members are optimizing everything — sleep, nutrition, fitness, productivity. The nervous system is the one variable nobody is addressing.
The same system running their focus, recovery speed, and decision-making under pressure is also running their anxiety, depletion, and emotional backlog. No one is talking about that.
High performers who can regulate and reset faster outperform those who can't. Every time. It's not a personality trait. It's a skill — and it can be built.
The wellness programs you already have were built for a different audience. Your team doesn't want a meditation app or a lunch seminar. They want something that actually works.
The department doesn't matter. Sales, engineering, marketing, design, operations — the pressure is different. The symptoms are the same.
High performers who are crushing it externally and running on empty internally. People who would never walk into a wellness program — but who will absolutely show up for a performance edge.

WHAT WE DOA recurring practice.
Not a one time event.
Most corporate wellness is a checkbox — one seminar, one app, one offsite session that everyone forgets within a week. Chairlift Co. is a practice. The anchor session creates the shift. The ongoing work builds the skill.
TIER 1 — THE ANCHOR
Quarterly Group Sessions
Your whole team, together. 60–90 minutes of guided breathwork that creates a shared experience — and a shared language for what you're all carrying. This is what changes the room.
$3,000 to 5,000
per sessionTIER 2 — THE PRACTICE
1:1 Session
Bank
Your company pre-purchases a block of individual sessions. Team members book them directly — breathwork or unpacking, depending on where they are. The practice becomes personal.
$150-$250
per sessionAnnual contract, paid quarterly. We enter through leadership — not HR, not benefits. The conversation starts at the top because that's where the problem lives and where the buy-in has to start.
One session.
No committment.

HOW TO START1
One group session — your whole team
60–90 minutes, in person or virtual. No experience required. No prep. Your team lies down, breathes, and experiences the Release practice. You'll know immediately if this is right for your world.
You're in the room
The leader needs to experience this too. Not observe it — be in it. That's what makes the debrief real and the decision clear. And it usually is.

A conversation after
Within a week of the session, we talk. What came up, what shifted, what your team said. From there, we decide together whether an ongoing program makes sense.
Ready to bring this to your team?
Send us a note. We'll set up a 20-minute call to hear about your team and figure out if this is the right fit. No pitch, no deck — just a conversation.
WHO WE'VE WORKED WITH"I am a better employee because Plaid brought this to our team."
— Employee, Plaid
“Mind-blowing! All I wanted to do is share this newfound experience with the people I love. Combining a blissful meditative state of mind with a deep yet controllable emotional journey, collated with an unexpected and enchanting physical response—all from breathing! A fascinating experience that left me overcome with gratitude.”
— Employee, JP Morgan Real Estate
“I felt no anxiety in the days after doing a breathwork class. No Sunday scaries (on the eve of returning from Mat leave!!). Mood was rosier. Able to cope with stress in a much more grounded way. Had a lot of moments of gratitude.”
— Employee, HighlandX
“I don’t know if I’ve ever seen so many grown men cry and actually enjoy the experience of doing it.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most wellness programs were built for a general employee population. Chairlift Co. is built for the people at the top — the ones your existing program isn't reaching. We don't compete with your benefits catalog. We sit above it.
-
The framing matters. When this is introduced as a performance practice — not therapy, not wellness — the response is different. Teams at Plaid, Headspace, and Wild Rye have been through it. The feedback is consistent: people are surprised by how much they needed it.
-
Breathwork creates a physiological response — it's active, not passive. The nervous system actually shifts, not just settles. The results are felt in the room, immediately. Most people have never experienced anything like it.
-
We don't make promises we can't keep. What we can tell you: teams that regulate faster make better decisions under pressure, recover from setbacks more quickly, and show up more consistently. One session is all it takes to see if you believe it.
